I integrate country tidbits/ culture of Spanish speaking countries into every lesson with my 5th and 6th graders. We start out with one country and add another one every other time I see them. ( Twice a week)

An invaluable resource has been the book " From Castle to Cowboys " by Scottie Fredrickson. You will find many interesting facts for each Spanish speaking country.
