| STAND - UP RACE |
- Divide Class into two teams (equal numbers)
- Appoint one score keeper
- Hand out two sets of vocabulary cards (numbers, words, colors, etc.)
- Each team member will hold a card, that a member of the opposing team also has.
- Teacher calls out a vocabluary word.
- The students from the two teams, that hold the card with that vocabulary word on them, need to stand up as fast as they can.
- Team who stood up first, will win a point.
- If two people of the same team stand up (one of them with the incorrect card), team looses and the point gets awarded to the other team.
