1. Divide students into two teams. Call one student from each team to the front, each armed with a fly swatter.
2. Students stand facing you with their backs to the board, where you previously have
   1. written vocabulary words or
   2. attached different vocabulary pictures or
   3. flashcards or
   4. posters.
   5. You can also project the words/pictures/clipart with an overhead or LCD projector onto the board.
3. Teachers then says one of the vocabulary words, the first student to turn around and "swat" the correct word or picture with the flyswatter wins a point for his team.
   1. Teacher can alternate between calling out vocabulary words in English or target language. (Make sure you write vocab in both languages on the board)

RULES

1. No running and hitting the board with your body
2. You can not keep your opponent from reaching the board, by obstructing it with your body
3. No hitting anything with your fly swatter, except the board
4. You can only swat the board once. No guessing of the correct answer.
