LESSON TIPS - GAMES & ACTIVITIES- BODY PARTS

Tengo... ¿Quién tiene?

Create your own or download flashcards for this game.

You will need the same amount of flashcards as you have students in your class. One flascard will be the "Entrada" the beginning card while one flashcard is the "Salida", the end of the game.

The other cards each have two sides with one being a "Tengo " a body part " and the reverse side "¿Quién tiene " a body part ?" . The body part is shown as a picture only, meaning students will need to know the target language vocabulary for their image.

The teacher will time the class to see how fast they can go from the Entrada to the Salida card.

The "Entrada" card will yell out "ENTRADA" - ¿Quién tiene una nariz" (if there is a picture of a nose on their card). As soon as he/she said it, the person who has the nose on their card yells out as fast as they can "Tengo una nariz", then turns his/her card over and yells out "¿Quién tiene una boca (or whatever image they have on their card). The person who holds that body part repeats the same process as fast as they can until ALL cards and body parts have been called and the "Salida" person has yelled "SALIDA". THen time is stopped. This can be repeated to improve time or classes can compete against each other.
